How Do I Work

  • We will initially have a short phone call after which, if you decide to continue, we will set up a weekly appointment.

The first one or two sessions will be an initial assessment and taking your history. This may also be a good time to discuss what you want from therapy and form a plan.

  • I charge £80 per session for individuals and £140 per 1.5 hours for for couples and those in polyamorous or non-monogamous relationship constellations.

There are a few means tested lower-cost slots, subject to availability.

I work either in Central London or online via zoom.

  • It is important to keep a consistent weekly meeting time to create the necessary container for deeper work. However, if after working for some time together a bi-weekly slot becomes available, it can be considered.

  • Each session is 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Life is sometimes unpredictable, so if you need to cancel for some reason out of your control we will try to find a replacement session if necessary.

I require 48 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice in case you can not make a session. You will be charged the full session fee if the notice falls short of that time window.

  • Yes, everything we talk about is confidential. As an accredited psychotherapist I am required to work with a supervisor to make sure I stay within the ethical framework. Those sessions are also confidential. The only reason I would need to disclose any information outside of our sessions or supervision is if I am requested by a law of court to do so.

I believe transparency is foundational to the therapeutic relationship. Part of that transparency is being honest about who I am beyond the consulting room.

I am pansexual and participate actively in sex-positive and kink communities in London. I work with clients both in person in London and online. This means that encountering a client — current, past, or prospective — outside of a clinical context is a genuine possibility, and one I take seriously.

Before we begin work together, I will invite a conversation about how we would each navigate an unexpected meeting in a shared social or community space. This is not a formality — it is part of establishing a working relationship built on honesty and mutual respect.

Social media accounts I hold are personal and not used professionally. Please do not reach out through these platforms.

On apps, if I encounter a current or past client I will block them to prevent ongoing mutual visibility, and I ask the same of clients who encounter me. If this raises anything for you, I'd rather we talk about it than not.
